Importing League Schedules
Regular-season schedule import guide
Find your club below and follow the steps for its team app or website. Gilmour has confirmed it uses BenchApp. Ongoing BenchApp sync requires PRO; SportsEngine website feeds do not create Team Game Schedule entries.
Approved game changes still go through the CSHL process. Editing a club calendar does not update the official league schedule.
Choose the right link
View schedule: share this link with families, bookmark it, or add it to your team website. It opens the posted team schedule.
iCal feed: copy this link into your club’s import settings or a personal calendar subscription. A View schedule webpage is not an iCal feed. Check for an existing connection before adding another copy.
Club platforms, setup instructions & team links
Choose the platform used by your club’s team app or website, then follow its setup steps. The source of the CSHL feed is separate: 8U feeds come from CSHL Crossbar; 10U–14U feeds come from GameSheet.

Updated November 1, 2026. Of the 16 clubs with games in the regular-season schedule reviewed, 12 use Crossbar, three use SportsEngine, and Gilmour has confirmed BenchApp. Club websites were checked October 31; Gilmour’s team app was confirmed by its staff November 1.

Crossbar: import into your club team page
Who can do this: a listed coach or team manager with team-staff access on the club’s Crossbar website.
- Find your league team number in the team directory below. Right-click or press and hold iCal feed and copy the link address.
- Sign in to your club’s website and open the correct team page.
- Choose Games → Imports or + Import.
- Check the existing feeds first. If the same feed is already connected, use its Refresh icon rather than adding it again.
- For a new connection, paste the copied address into Feed URL and select Add Import.
- Return to Games or Schedule. Compare dates, times, opponents and rinks against the CSHL team schedule, including a home game and an away game.
Updates: Crossbar checks imports nightly; changes can take up to 24 hours. Use the Refresh icon on the Imports page to check sooner.

SportsEngine: website calendar vs. team games
For Fremont, Shaker and Wooster. Confirm with your club administrator whether you use Sport Management or Season Management; their game-entry and upload controls differ.
The website-feed steps below display calendar events. They do not turn those events into Game entries on the Team Game Schedule in Sport Management. Waiting longer or refreshing does not convert an event into a Game. Do not assume this connection supplies team-app games, attendance or RSVPs.
Option 1 — display the website calendar
A club website administrator needs Full Access or Limited Access – Website permissions.
- Copy your team’s iCal feed link below.
- Open HQ Home → Website → Website Settings → iCal Feeds → Add iCal Feed.
- Select the correct team tags, give the feed a clear name, paste its URL and choose Add this Feed. Check for an existing connection first.
- Check the club website calendar or Event Aggregator using the correct team tags. Allow up to a day for updates, or use Refresh beside the existing feed.
This option is for calendar display. If you need entries in the team’s Game Schedule, use the appropriate game workflow below.
Option 2 — create actual team games
- Sport Management: a website administrator can use Competition → Schedule Upload with SportsEngine’s template, configured Team/Division IDs and Event_Type = Game. Map home/away and opponents correctly. A generic CSHL CSV is not ready for this upload until it is converted to that template.
- Season Management: open HQ → Competition → Season Management → [season] → Schedule, then the three-dot menu and Add Game. Use the season’s own supported import tools if available; do not assume the Sport Management upload procedure applies.
Later changes and RSVPs: a CSV upload is a snapshot, not an ongoing subscription to the CSHL feed. Reconcile approved league changes in those Game entries separately. Confirm that the correct team, roster and permissions provide attendance/RSVP access in the app. CSHL has not verified automatic feed-to-Game conversion or preservation of RSVPs through repeated imports.
Before a bulk upload: have your club administrator test one team and review existing events. SportsEngine’s replacement upload can affect previously uploaded events; do not replace or delete the club’s calendar just to force a refresh. If you see duplicates or lost RSVPs, use View schedule and contact your club administrator with the affected game numbers.

BenchApp: Gilmour team schedule
Gilmour has confirmed BenchApp as its team scheduling app. A manager or assistant manager should set up each team separately. BenchApp documents ongoing league-calendar sync with BenchApp PRO; previewing a feed does not require starting a paid sync.
- Find the correct Gilmour team number below and copy its iCal feed link. Do not copy the View schedule webpage address.
- In BenchApp, select that team and open Schedule → Add on the web, or Schedule → + in the app.
- Choose Sync Schedule and paste the feed into Calendar URL.
- Use Preview Syncing first. Check opponents, home/away, dates, times and rinks against the posted CSHL schedule, including a home game and an away game. In Settings → Team Details, confirm the team time zone is Eastern / America/New_York.
- If the team has PRO and the preview is correct, choose Start Syncing. Review notices for added, changed and removed games, and review/apply the changes shown in your version’s Calendar Sync screen.
- If games are already entered, review for duplicates before applying anything. Keep the existing connection for later checks rather than connecting the same feed again.
Spreadsheet alternative: use Schedule → Add / + → Import Schedule, download BenchApp’s template, then upload a completed CSV or Excel file and review the duplicate check before saving. This is a file import, not an ongoing feed connection; later league changes must be reconciled separately.
CSHL verification: these steps are based on BenchApp’s documentation. A live Gilmour import, later change propagation and preservation of existing RSVPs have not been tested by CSHL. Test with one team before relying on the imported schedule for attendance, and use View schedule as the reference when checking a recent change.

2026–27 team schedule and calendar links
Use it on your team website, in a family email, or as a bookmark. It displays the games currently posted for your team without waiting for another calendar app to refresh. 8U links open Crossbar; 10U–14U links open the regular-season GameSheet schedule filtered to your team. League and additional games are included.
For calendar imports, right-click or press and hold iCal feed and choose Copy link address. Paste that address into your app’s subscription or feed settings. A View schedule webpage is not an iCal feed.
Live CSHL feed behavior and RSVP preservation in SportsEngine and BenchApp have not been verified. Our GameSheet feed checks found an issue that may cause some receiving apps to recreate games or affect RSVPs; use the direct schedule link as your primary reference and test before relying on imported attendance. A GameSheet feed can also include past games, tournament games, or other events linked to the same team; it is not limited to the regular season.
121 Shaker M2: its three additional games are visible through View schedule, but its Crossbar iCal feed is currently empty. Use the viewing link for now.
